Engineer and Inventor of CHARM
Stephen Rodan (Stave) is an MIT graduate, former NASA engineer, and current President of Beyond Coral Foundation, a tax-exempt organization focused on reef restoration, scientific innovation, and community improvement to scale up coastal ecosystem rehabilitation in the Caribbean. In 2020, Stave invented CHARM, the patented coral farming robot, and began his Masters in Engineering at James Cook University, Australia.
